Whale You Refill – Taman Jurong

Whale You Refill is a cross between public art and public utility. Can we encourage higher usage and lower bottled-water plastic waste by celebrating public drinking water fountains through art and design? The artwork features a hexagonal tiled whale icon made from post-consumer plastic waste collected from communties where the fountains are built.
